Responsibilities
> Responsible for supporting rig crew, client personnel and manage third
party contractors in carrying out all drilling and completion
operations. Ensure third party equipment and personnel are properly
maintained
> Regularly visit the rig and assist in carrying out drilling &
completions operation
> Prepare the following; daily Morning, end of well, end of batch
drilling, downtime/uptime, DPR, Executive Norway, lesson learnt and
Value improvement process reports.
> Prepare for Well Spudding, review task based risk assessment, Drilling
and Completions program
> Responsible for planning, coordination and supporting all technical
and operational aspects of daily drilling related activities. Includes
review of well program in accordance with company policies and HSEQ
standards. Analyze conductor running, D.P tripping times. BOP running
and pulling etc.
> Responsible for ensuring safe operations and effective cost
minimization. NPT /Downtime prevention.
> Monitor PMs and CMs and ensure timely delivery of onshore
repairs/modifications back to the rig.
> Ensure that a proper document control system is established both on
and offshore locations to improve response time in delivering
technical solutions. Review rig & general crew and work performance
with Pie charts by Yearly, Monthly and wells. Track NPT's and downtime
and records in synergi for follow ups
> Liaise with rig operations, Onne Yard supervision. Regarding spare
parts, logistics of service personnel to and from the rig.
> Ensure optimum cost control is attainable and kept within the set AFE
limits.(Managing budgets accounts OPEX & CAPEX )
> Ensure that bridge document for QHSE is followed by all during
operations.
