Job Profile - : A) In HSBC, Maintain all types of documents which are

related to Migration team. (From Feasibility to Post

Migration Review). In migration process we have five

phases, First phase is Feasibility, Second phase is

Planning phase, Third phase is Training phase, Fourth

phase is Go-Live,. Last & Fifth phase is Post Migration

Review (PMR). In all these phases we have to check all

types of migration related documents.

B) In EXL BPO, Responsible to process the Insurance

policy. Responsible to check the customer's documents

and change the effective dates of the policy & change the

agents for policy as per customer request & forward the

daily report on Excel sheet to the senior's & provides the

process training to the new joiner's & give the effective

ideas to the Management team etc, & also make the call

& e-mail to client for clarify the effective date of the

policy and also check the new agent and check the policy

holder name & signature and also solve the escalations

with client .

c) In Sparsh BPO, Oriental Bank of Commerce process

to attend the calls regarding balance inquires,

transactions, loan scheme and provides the information of

all types of Bank A/c & also provides the information of

D-MAT A/c.

Blaster awards”.
