Manage team of 18 to provide engineering expertise in designing deployed
communications networks, maintain and operate computers, computer
peripherals, processor control diagnostics, and control equipment to
perform facility and traffic surveillance, network, traffic, and technical
control for effective military communications. Lead strategic planning
necessary to identify and meet training requirements in areas of Transport
encryption and WAN services interface, TDM and IP based voice solutions and
Network Infrastructure. Oversee equipment, personnel assignments, and
provide technical guidance for Commander and Director of Operations.
Key Projects and Impact:
. Currently serving as Senior Master Sergeant and Cyber Transport
Superintendent, a rank only 3% of Air Force enlisted personnel
achieve.
. Developed and completed a reorganization of Cyber Transport personnel
enhancing training efficiencies in a highly technical environment,
streamlining training for a required skill set competency and ensuring
