I was responsible for taking inbound calls from Apple customers. I assisted customers with making online orders of
Apple products. I was also in charge in correcting orders, giving tech support of our product line, and general sales
support; i.e. changing addresses, returning products, giving product information and specs. Other responsibilities
include; writing detailed logs of each call, redirecting calls to the appropriate department, and escalating calls to my
superiors when deemed necessary. I made performance bonus levels about half the time, and received several positive
feedback reviews.
