Manage the the tool and die shop ensuring all technicians on all three shifts have the technical knowledge,
tooling, and team support to work together resolving complex problems that occur throughout maturation
and full term production of many progressive and transfer Dies. Utilizing my knowledge of 5P training from
Honda and creating improvement plans gives the technicians good skills at investigating, resolving, and
preventing future die issues. Maintain an organized professional shop where safety first, quality second,
and proactive performance is accomplished.
Preform many duties for engineering support using previous Die Development experience. Controlling all
tooling, supplies, and spare part orders and outside vendor support for extreme repairs.

Process flow, failure mode analysis, control plans, VSM, Equipment Process Layout,
Schedules, Die Maker Layouts, tooling and expenses, PFMEA, PQCT, Root Cause Analysis,
Review new part design with the R&D group and submit CRF for any necessary changes required.
Create RFQ packages per new production part.

Evaluate Dies before receiving (Travel to Japan, Canada, China, and Mexico for Die shipment evaluation)
Create recovery plans if unseen issues occur restricting maturation levels at event builds.
Managing the budget on new projects based on Cost, Quality, and Delivery.
