PROJECT:

M.E(VLSI DESIGN)

> Multiple task Migration in Mesh NoCs over Virtual Point-to-Point

Connections

. Duration : 1year

. Team : 1 members

. Tools : Model sim 11.0,visual studio2008,Xmulator-

2008,vertikwin.

Description: Multiple task migration is a process in network on chips are

able to transfer the data from one cluster to another cluster, while

transfer the data from one to another cluster message latency, migration

latency and power consumption are problem encountered. We are providing new

technique i.e. virtual point to point Connections (VIPs) that dedicates low

power and low latency heavy communication flow created by multiple task

migration mechanism. The proposed system scheme reduces total message

latency, total migration latency, total network latency, power saving is

achieved compared to the previously proposed task migration strategy (known

as Gathering routing algorithm) for mesh multicomputer.

B.E. (ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION)

> WHEEL DIRECTION CONTROLLED SYSTEM FOR PHYSICALLY IMPARED PEOPLE USING

MEMS TECHNOLOGY

. Duration : 6 months

. Team : 4 members

Description: Depending on the head movement we can move the wheel chair for

the physically challenged people. The communication between the wheel chair

and mems sensor is done using wireless technology. When moving the wheel

chair there is the change for obstacles .so to avoid that we have used

ultrasonic sensor to sense the obstacle and move the wheel chair in other

direction.

PLATFORM: Embedded system

TOOLS: KEIL software, PIC microcontroller, MEMS technologies

ACHIEVEMENTS

. Has presented and published paper in IEEE international

Explorer, international journals and national conference about

Network on Chips related to my PG project.

. Has participated work shop about ASIC design from Corel

Technologies.

. Has participated in the intra college symposium about Bluetooth

Technology.

AREA OF INTEREST:

. VLSI DESIGN (FRONT-END and BACKEND )
