Purple Heart Express: November 2012 to November 2013
Shift Manager: Sales experience dealing with retail and gas on a delay basis during work
schedules and on-call. Customer service and store recovery. Being able to lift 20 to 50 pounds or
more when receiving shipment throughout the week. In addition having great interpersonal skills

equipment balances daily financial transactions. Practices loss prevention procedures as trained
and being able to scan and look up inventory of merchandise to see when the merchandise is
coming in and if the inventory has been stolen and other related retail duties as required.
ProMedica Lake Park: February 2006 to July 2009
Secretary/Receptionist: Performed a range of clerical duties that
supported the operations of the unit. As unit receptionist greeted and directed visitors.
Served as an important link in the communication chain ensuring information was
transmitted between nursing personnel, physicians, patients, family members and other guests.
Having the ability to work as a team in the clinic and in the hospital. In addition specimens
needed to be sent down to lab and double check that the nurse had put the correct name on the
specimens and sent as soon as possible. Assembled patient charts. Entered patient information
into an advanced data system.

Stated Nurse Assistant: Performed duties in care of patients in nursing home under direction of
nursing and medical staff. Assisted in providing self-care training such as bathing and
dressing to train residents in daily self-care practices. Turned bed ridden residents to
prevent bedsores. Took resident to the therapy area. Served and collected food trays and

Dietary Cook: Assisted in the planning of menus for patients. Made sure food was
hygienically and correctly prepared and attractively presented. Set up cafeteria lines, steam
