remedies.
When possible, arrange for in-house employee training to improve
productivity and reduce scrap rate to improve profitability.
Implement and oversee adherence to a corporate housekeeping policy, to be
in effect on a daily and on a per shift regimen.
Implement and initiate disciplinary action if and when needed as well as
follow up if further action is needed.
Track and identify all NCR's and re-works, identify root cause and initiate
corrective action, make any necessary changes to processes so as to avoid
any future problems.
