-Aviation

Controlled takeoffs, flight, and landing of IFR/ VFR/ SVFR air traffic. Provided flight

-Security

Conducted multi-level security checks both in the U.S. and Overseas. Proficient in

base. Draws, scribes, digitizes and scans cultural, topographic, hydro-graphic, and/or other

features on overlay/scribing surfaces or in digital formats.Provided extensive data analysis and

map products to Panel of Officers for Command decisions.

-Integration Analyst and Configuration Management. Receives

requests for maintenance and other operations from several different sections, then applies

production process and safety measures. Factors in other ongoing maintenance and operations in

order to integrate the work request into the system schedule.Uses the appropriate approval

channels for each step in the process. Analyzes and records each step.

-Retention and Recruiting NCO Worked

with Potential Soldiers and Current Soldiers to meet their needs in order to meet the personnel

requirements of the United States National Guard. Identified key issues and worked with

Supervisors and Commanders to resolve any issues a soldier may have that would prevent them

from Enlisting/Re-Enlisting. Implemented a program for identifying deployed soldiers family 's

needs and tending to them in the soldiers absence. Applied process requirements and followed

procedure for Re-Enlistment Moneys, GI Bill Benefits and Student Loan Repayment Programs in

order to assure all possible benefits were maximized prior to Enlistment/Re-Enlistment .
