February of 2013. As a Process Technician I was involved in troubleshooting process and maintenance problems that develop

on the tools used in Metrology.

Warehouse/Production Manager (Albany, NY) January 2010 – September 2011

O’Neal Steel purchased Denman and Davis Steel in January of 2010. I was promoted to the Warehouse Manager position and

managed every aspect of the warehouse. This included production, inventory, logistics, QA, safety, payroll, hiring and

evaluations. There was also daily participation, with two other regional branches, to coordinate and balance workloads to

maximize machine utilization. I also worked directly with sales and customers to ensure accuracy and quality.

Notable achievements: Promoted to Production/Warehouse Manager from 1st shift supervisor. The Albany location was

consistently profitable.

DENMAN & DAVIS STEEL

First Shift Supervisor (Albany, NY) April 1982 January 2010

While at Denman & Davis Steel, I held numerous responsibilities including warehouse supervisor, production, inventory, and

shipping/receiving; shipping included power gen turbine parts to Canada, India, and Indonesia along with multiple U.S.

destinations. I also was involved in industrial maintenance for five years before being promoted to supervisor.

Notable achievements: Promoted to First Shift Supervisor from industrial maintenance assistant after five years; at the start

of my role as supervisor in 2001, we were at 85% on time delivery with new streamlining techniques I initiated, we

elevated to 97% on time delivery with 0% non conformance YTD.
