letters to referring physicians. Dr. Cox dictates using a Philips Dictation
Recorder and also an application from his iPhone which he emails to me. I
have software that allows me to transcribe from home on his 2 clinic days.
Texas Oncology, P.A . 2008 to 2012

Duties included oncology/hematology transcription for 4 oncologists and

also transcribed Dr. Brian’s surgery history and physicals, daily office notes
and letters to referring physicians. This was done from home by logging onto
the U.S. Oncology database transcription module. In July 2012 all
transcription was outsourced to an overseas company.
Breast Care Center of North Texas 2000 to 2008

Dr. Mary Brian left Surgical Associates to start the Breast Care Center

and I did all of her medical transcription from my home. She joined Texas
Oncology and I continued with her at that company.
Surgical Associates of the Mid Cities 1990 to 2000

Did medical transcription and helped with front desk duties at Surgical

Associates for six doctors including Dr. Mary Brian, Dr. James Poettcker, Dr.
Robert Pollard, Dr. Thomas Purgett, Dr. Patrick Eaton, Dr. Robert Sewell.
Outreach Oncology Oklahoma City 1982 to 1989

Lived in the Oklahoma City area and worked for a group of 4

oncologists from home and helped in the office on a prn basis.
