environment led quality training for production personnel, developed

and improved existing quality assurance work instructions. Assembly

line accomplished to reduce the number of DPUs (Defects Per Unit) by

60 percent, in less than 3 months.

teams to quickly going to perform

phase to eliminate wastes through Kaizen events, and make continuous

1996 - 2012

. Organized 5 Day Kaizen workshops covering policy management and

process improvements for over 120 companies in diverse industries

including Automotive Manufacturing and Part Supply, Engine and

Machinery Assemblies, Ship Building and Repair, Petrochemical, Tile

Manufacturing, Food, Textile and Healthcare.

. Delivered improvements in quality, cost and productivity in many

companies. Average annual improvement ranged from 20 to 30% and in

some cases 100 %, without adding resources. In addition employees

enjoyed receiving bonuses as much as 50 % of their annual income.

. Organized Balanced Scorecard workshops and worked with Mr. Takeo

Yoshikawa, Professor Emeritus of Yokohama National University, Japan

Supplying Automotive Parts Company (SAPCO) Department Head

implementation to any of the 500 subsidiaries, joint ventures and

suppliers of SAPCO, Tehran. Also trained local experts through train

the trainers program (Kaizen Promotion Officers. KPOs) for each of the

companies.
