5. Worked directly with the regulating authorities at the state and federal

resulted in the vacating of all citations in two situations and reduction
in costs in all cases.
6. Designed and chaired the Environment, Health, and Safety council for the
corporation. This ensured that all facilities were current in their
knowledge of best practices for compliance and cost control.
