• Upgrading current SAP ABAP Code from ECC5 to ECC6 for MM module. This was for an acquisition by
Perrigo for another pharmaceutical company by Perrigo. All code had to be brought up to Perrigo standards.
• Tuning ABAP code replacing multiple table joins using table views. This was more efficient reducing run
times.

Technical Consultant
• Upgrading current SAP 4.6C to ECC6 and Net Weaver 7 for Human Resources. Converting ABAP code to
uni-code to make it compatible to ECC6 for a successful conversion.
• Created major enhancements using Object Oriented programming. This is more efficient than the existing
code.
• Coordinate people, activity and details for monthly Window patching and bi-annual UNIX patching of project
servers. Assign duties to the on call developer for that month. Provide communication to the client, management and
project team of system outages. Systematized information and results, resulting in better communication and reduction
of individual work.
• Enhancements to existing ABAP code and running custom mass load programs to support the existing R/3
system. Meeting the clients’ current requirements during the upgrade.

• Provided scheduling, maintenance and support for all Human Resources SAP interfaces, leading to greater
efficiency.
• Conducted quarterly reporting and annual audit for all Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for Human Resources IT,
resulting in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Maintained security for SAP Human Resources Module.
• Performed initial configuration of the SAP Payroll Outsourcing Master Data module, scheduled and
supported the ALE process and IDocs, leading to a very accurate and efficient payroll process.
• Handled sole responsibility for all new SAP development and system analysis for HR, including ABAP, BDC,

• Investigated an issue with miscalculation of employee deductions in payroll. Worked with SAP to find the
problem in their outsourcing program causing the miscalculation. This resulted in SAP creating an SAP note to be
applied.
• Wrote well organized and documented instructions on how to run Payroll. On one occasion, when I was
unavailable, there was an issue with payroll that it had to be rerun. Documentation was followed and payroll reran
successfully.
• Participated in analyzing and testing of multiple SAP HR Support Pack implementations, ensuring successful
implementation of latest software changes.
• Mentored an employee in structured ABAP code development, ensuring knowledge and confidence to
develop complex ABAP code for the HR and other SAP modules.
• Involved in implementation of global SAP R/3 - 3.1H, HR module. Led to worldwide integrated HR system
and improved reporting.
• As team member, integrated HR data for the mergers with Quantum and Max Media, assuring accurate

development.
