Qualifications

I like to be very organized and be in an organized

environment. I have great customer service skills on the phone and in

person. I have handled a large multi-line switchboard at a very fast

pace. I'm great with computers, Microsoft word, outlook, PowerPoint,

Reynolds and Reynolds, Evolution software and Go to Meeting. I have lots

of experience with several timekeeping applications such as Webapps and

Swipeclock. I was always known as the "goto girl" when it came to simple

tech needs or any admin needs. I spent lots of time dealing with other

vendors, customers, and government agencies. I'm a hard worker, quick

switchboard at a rapid organized pace. I also made warranty claims for the

helped make phone sales for the sales and parts departments. I was in

charge of two audits during my employment. I was utilized in any and every

department whenever needed.

Worked as a cashier for a fast-paced gas station and highly popular car

wash I was taking in large sums of money in one shift for the gas

station, car wash, and food vendor with-in the organization. I was also

in charge of making orders to restock the inventory. I passed several

At this location I was working in a production payroll company where I

was in charge of taking payroll over the phone, fax, email, and web-

based software getting correct paychecks to the client in a timely

manner. I assisted our clients with our software over the phone via

GoToMeeting.com. I had a client list of over 100 companies. I also have

experience in the tax department in this company. I have printed and

packaged quarterly returns and W2's, mailed them to the correct agencies

for over 600 clients. I made all tax returns and payments on time. I

have handled many tax issues for clients, assisting them with tax forms

and problems. I have taken The FPC to become certified for this company

as well.

I was working at an accounting firm in the payroll department. Taking in

payroll information over the phone, fax, email and the web making sure

checks are processed and delivered in a timely manner to the client with

no issues.

I am currently working as the assistant to the warranty admin and the

service director. I help enter warranty claims for Chrysler, Subaru, and

the Jeep franchise, maintaining the schedules, calling vendors and

taking care of any administrative duties for the warranty and service

departments. I am also the service phone operator, answering and

directing phone calls for the service, body shop and parts department.

Other Experience

In addition all of my previous jobs I have always

encountered unhappy or unsatisfied customers I have learned how to handle

them and take care of the issue at hand professionally, and make them a

happy customer. I have lots of experience with other vendors as well. I am

very trustworthy, loyal, adaptable, punctual great data entry skills,

multitasking, being able to change jobs at a minutes notice. I am useful in

any office setting. I am willing to learn anything new if needed.
