the following:
GTAW Welding Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Magnesium, Titanium and Cobalt.
GMAW Welding Aluminum, Steel and Stainless Steel
SMAW Welding: Aluminum, Steel and Stainless Steel
Oxy/Acetylene Welding: Aluminum, Steel and Stainless Steel
Oxy/Acetylene Cutting, Brazing, Heat Treating & Metalworking/Forming
Plasma Cutting Operations
Silver Soldering
Mill & Lathe Operations & Maintenance
Bandsaw Operations & Maintenance (Including Blade welding, annealing, and installation.)
Grinding Wheel Operations & Maintenance
Drill Press Operations & Maintenance
Use and Maintenance of Metal Working tools such as Pipe Bender, Hydraulic Press, Arbor Press
and English Wheel.
Use of Drills, Hand Tools, Die Grinders, Cut Off Wheels & Easy Outs to remove stuck bolts and
screws, modify existing metal parts and tools, and to grind and inspect welded parts for quality.
Use of Taps, Dies and Helicoils to repair or cut threads.
Drawing blueprints & fabricating critical aircraft parts and tools to perform otherwise improbable
maintenance & installation tasks on working airframes & support equipment.
Extensive use of precision measurement equipment, Profilometer, Rockwell Hardness Tester,
and other tradecraft equipment.
