cost reductions. Transmissions and engines: 3T40, 4T80, 4L60, 4T60, 4T65, 3.8 L, 2.5L, 5.7L, 3.1,

2.8L, all diesel applications.

• Increased effectiveness of direct reports by empowering them and increasing their knowledge

• Implemented weekly warranty reviews using 2-week data comparisons for significant trends

• Implemented the Hearty Perennial process for problem suppliers and designs

• Led statistical problem solving teams, working internally and with suppliers having re-occurring

converter operations for brazing suppliers. Responsible for 250 automatic screw bar machines, 4 heat

treat stations, 60 in-feed and thru feed grinders. 200 THM, 425 THM, 3T40, 400 THM.

• Senior Supplier Quality Engineer implementing APQP, PAPP and LEAN with the supply base. Studied
