RESOURCE MANAGER (October 2011 to Jul 2013)

Key Tasks Handled

Resource Management:

- Allocate the resources Human Resources and Technical Resources to Projects

- Ensure strong coordination with project managers to make sure that projects are staffed with the right set of

resources and that resources have the skills required for the successful completion of tasks.

- Coordination with Consultant and Company Clients of MOT (Ministry of Transportation) regarding project issues.

- Creates and allocate the groups of projects with the coordination of Section Managers

Recruitment:

- Ensuring to meet the budgeted manpower of running and new projects of the company.

- Coordinating with Local as well as international recruiting agency for recruitment of PMD Sector.

- Coordinating interview with Department Head & Directors and Section Managers of PMD.

- Follow up on selection of short listed candidate.

- Supervising the issuance of employment visa and coordinating with VP.

Induction:

- Coordinating Induction programs of new employees.

- Giving HR Induction and reviews on completion of induction

- Monitor the performance of new employees during their probationary periods.

- Report to Management.

Performance Management:

- Ensuring the monthly performance rating execution through project managers/ project engineers.

- Ensuring the quarterly report to the management on performance rating.

- Executing annual performance appraisal and increment plan of technical as well as non-technical staff of PMD.

Training:

- Arrangement of training program of skilled workers at project sites.

RECRUITMENT (External / Internal)

o Liaison/investigate alternative recruitment sources, institutes, agencies etc from different nationalities .

Plan & deliver recruitment as per Co’s requirement.

Handling the entire spectrum of activities across international recruiting agencies located across

Egypt, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Syria, Philippine, Indonesia, Lebanon,

Yemen, UK and British.

Acting as one point contact with all external / internal recruitment agencies for selection,

interviews, visa processing and hiring matter.

Introduced new recruits through online recruitment like LinkedIn, gulf talent & Skill

Temporary Pool.

Liaised with government offices and consulate for visa processing for newly hired employees.

Liable for Job Contract / Offer letters / Agreement for newly hired manpower.

Accountable to prepare the Job Description (JD) for store employees and administrative staff and

II. PUNJAB SOCIAL SECURITY HEALTH MANAGEMENT CO – PSSHMC Pakistan

Joined Punjab Social Security Health Management Company on 28 Feb ‘2007 as HR Officer and worked till 1st

June, 2009 for its Hospital located in Muzaffargarh Industrial City Punjab comprising of around 300 plus employee

strength.

o Support to HR Manager and Hospital Administrator to formulate Company's policies and procedures

in line with Company's business requirement.
