Objective

To obtain a permanent position that will utilize my experience in office management but also expand my knowledge and

abilities to help me better articulate my craft. I am also looking for an environment that is family oriented and/or dedicated to

Skills & Abilities

Management

I have excellent time management and organizational skills. I am comfortable in fast paced settings dealing with both

customers and phone calls simultaneously. I have been responsible for managing new employees as well as an office

environment and have no problems multitasking and completing a project.

Communication

I work every well with people and the public including irate or stubborn customers. I learn very quickly, but I have no problem

asking questions to ensure that I am getting my job done correctly. I have plenty of experience with computers, email,

Microsoft, even DOS. I am also a writer so I have a experience in proofreading, editing, and publication of various works.

Receptionist/manual Editor Babington Technology June 2012-April 2013

Duties included but were not limited to: Answering phones, greeting commercial and military customers, directing calls

(conference calls, paging employees, etc.), Printing and preparing all military and maintenance manuals for shipping with our

products, maintaining supplies for the office, copier, fax, and postage machines. Typing and formatting documents for

presentation, and keeping a log of technical support questions or concerns. *This position was at Babington Technology, but

was obtained through Express Professionals

Office/asst. Manager HOmetrends September 2011-may 2012

Duties included but were not limited to: Answering all phone calls and assisting customers with payments, accounts past due,

running the cash register, managing all office work, logging in inventory, setting up deliveries, assisting customers in

purchases, and making sure items were reordered.

QC Operator HOrizontech May 2008-April 2011

Duties included but were not limited to: Learning various projects where we proofread and edited documents that were keyed

into an online database, keying documents such as DMV, Health Records, Taxes, etc.
