Objective

Management
I have excellent time management and organizational skills. I am comfortable in fast paced settings dealing with both
customers and phone calls simultaneously. I have been responsible for managing new employees as well as an office
environment and have no problems multitasking and completing a project.
Communication
I work every well with people and the public including irate or stubborn customers. I learn very quickly, but I have no problem
asking questions to ensure that I am getting my job done correctly. I have plenty of experience with computers, email,
Microsoft, even DOS. I am also a writer so I have a experience in proofreading, editing, and publication of various works.

Duties included but were not limited to: Answering phones, greeting commercial and military customers, directing calls
(conference calls, paging employees, etc.), Printing and preparing all military and maintenance manuals for shipping with our
products, maintaining supplies for the office, copier, fax, and postage machines. Typing and formatting documents for
presentation, and keeping a log of technical support questions or concerns. *This position was at Babington Technology, but
