• Conducted investigations of incidents, accidents and safety concerns occurring on the

maintenance projects;

• Recommended site-specific policy and process changes to the management team to improve safety performance and maintain workforce efficiency.

• Performed safety observation and evaluation of multi-craft work activities during repair and modification of coal fired power plant;

• Teamed with Client management and safety team to ensure safe work practices implemented site-wide by employees and subcontractors work crews;

• Fine tuned and provided multiple training classes including site safety orientation, respiratory protection, confined spaces, and other related job critical safety instruction;

• Conducted and documented investigations of incidents, accidents and safety concerns

occurring on the maintenance project;

• Managed other safety professionals during peak periods of maintenance activities.

• Reviewed and trended elements of Behavior Based Safety integration processes.

• Reported to the Corporate Director of Safety on safety performance at my assigned facilities, identifying and recommending areas of best practice as well as areas needing improvement.
