Project Summary

The purpose of MAPS project is to provide Rackers with data on Rackspace systems in a meaningful and structured format that will address internal and external requests such as: how Rackspace monitors its systems, metrics on the availability of the systems utilized by clients, the performance of various Rackspace systems and the ability of Rackspace to meet SLAs with clients. To accomplish that we captured, did data mining and provided Rackers and its customers the live data.
