Coordinate with General Mill's logistics teams, the

production facilities, transportation companies, pack-out

facilities, and the customer to ensure that their order is

created and received within the deadline.

Monitor the hub for new requisitions that customers place

for components or building materials which are tied to

displays that they need produced and shipped from 9 major

warehouses across the country

Monitor inventory levels to ensure that our supply covers

the demand; as well maintaining a smart ordering process for

Create building material numbers for new components if

necessary, place the products into SAP, build the bill of

complete the Production Planning Letter. I am responsible

for all steps necessary for both the customer's ability to

know exactly what they are buying as well as providing the

correct information to the labor force building the display

specifications,

Maintain SAP information, input new components and building

bill of materials, upload the CAD and price information, and

finally place orders to ship into the main warehouse.
