Facilities Maintenance supervisor

1. Restarted the 2nd shift maintenance team after not having a supervisor. We did our own air line and

hydraulic line repairs to equipment and forklifts.

2. Completed photo eye relocation project to better improve the shipping lanes to stop product where

needed.

3. Assisted technicians in maintenance planning and process work, developing a high-involvement culture

that resulted in better business decisions and an energized and committed workforce.

4. Facilitated a rewiring project of the conveyor merge point, wiring had broken wires and contactors wired

wrong to the disconnects. This project was started because the wiring was old and had to be upgraded to

NEC specs.

5. Coordinated the Maintenance department safety program and we are at 100% safety. Also helped the

facility in getting over 600,000 hours of plant safety a facility record.

6. Facilitate all maintenance actives for all shift’s work orders, PMs, and reactive repairs, and project work.

7. Brought the facilities maintenance dept. yearly inspection down from 400 hits per year down to 99. A
