I am a professional leader with proficient management skills. I am business development minded. I am very detailed with a multitude
of technical skills. I have an equivalent or more of a four year degree in combinations of technical and practical field training as well
as over 20 years experience. I have knowledge and understanding of several types of computer software related to construction
management and restoration construction as well as estimating software. I have extensive knowledge of industry contract
documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, and productivity analysis. I insure that all construction operations
and cash flow procedures are followed.

building Multi Family projects. All projects delivered with accuracy and on or ahead of schedule.

worked every hurricane since Hurricane Katrina and several Floods I am also NFIP Flood certified

I formed a construction and consulting company. This company consults many Construction Companies and Independent Adjusting
Firms on a variety of projects. I train personnel in different areas: Sales, Managing, production, and area target marketing. We also
take on custom construction jobs large and small. Insurance Adjusting Firms receive training on proper investigation of the
damages caused by a peril, technical writing on the scope of the damage. Train to properly document the scope of damage, and the
supplemental claims handling of the damages. We provide training on how to close a claim, and how to properly deal with insurance
companies on the supplement process.
Legacy Construction LLC 3/2013 11/2013 Hail Storms hit Atlanta Georgia and surrounding areas. I consuled
and managed this Restoration Company in, Project management, sales department, production and insurance supplements.
Fidelity Claims: Colonial Claims Corporation, and Nationwide Claims for the Hurricane
Sandy storm: 11/01/2012 to 1/27/2013. I worked flood claims commercial, residential and mobile home
claims. Claims started demographically from Cleveland Ohio through Latrobe Pennsylvania down into Atlantic City New Jersey
Down to Ocean City New Jersey. I worked this vast area for approximately 77 days and about 5000 miles in travel over hundred
claims assessed settled
Master Built Construction 11/2009 to 11/2010 Denver Colorado
General Manager. Duties to manage sales department, review all the sales contracts and scope notes of the damages,
perform field assessment of damages. Write estimates, and supplements in XM8 software. I managed the production department as
well. Approximately 750 jobs during my employment all supplements settled all jobs built on schedule.

Regional Project Manager of the Kitchen & Bath department, Duties: I work in a very structured corporate environment. Responsible
for the review and evaluation of the contracts written by the Sales department and to insure the project sold could be built and
delivered as outlined in the contracts. I was Responsible for the procurement of all the materials and the scheduling of all the work.
I pulled all permits and made sure all work was to code and upheld all OSHA safety standards. I managed approximately
$2,000,000.00 revenue a week in remodels.
