* Worked as a Electrical Maintenance Engineer (E2) in KEC
Internationals limited (RPG Cables), Silvassa, Dadra (UT) from
4th October 2011 to 20th Nov 2012.
* Worked as a Elecctrical Maintenance Engineer (E2) in KEC
Internationals limited (RPG Cables) Mysore, from 20th November
2012 to till date.

V Designed 150 & 80mm Extruder for Sheathing of cables.
V Commissioned 54 Bobbin Armor M/C (2Nos), 11 &17 Die wire drawing
machine.
RPG-KEC (Mysore)
V Commissioned Armour, Laying up, Twisting & Shielding (Neihoff -
German), Buncher (NOI), Multi Fine wire Drawing-19Die (Neihoff Indo-
German) for Instrumentation cable manufacturing setup.
V Designed Extruder panel (120 & 150mm) In-house for Insulation line.
V Commissioned 11 KV/440V (750KVA) Transformer for plant incoming
supply.

> Planning & Execution of scheduled, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
of plant Machineries and Equipments.
> Responsible to reduce the MTTR & MTBF to Control Machine Down time.
> Responsible for the Procurement of Equipment required for the machines
for Breakdown, modifications & projects.
> Responsible for Periodic Calibration of All measuring instruments
including Transducers, Thermocouples, Controllers, etc...
> Responsible for Operating and maintaining the plants Equipments such
as, AC/DC Motors & VFDs, DC Drives, Actuators, PLC, Heaters, and LT
networks.
V DC Drives - 6RA70, DCS550, Digital & Analog.
V AC Drives - Siemens MM440, G120, ABB, Schneider, Delta, Etc...
V PLC -- Siemens, Allen Bradley.
> Undertaking Energy Management systems & Control in the plant.
> Working with associated systems like Over Head EOT Cranes, Hoists,
Boilers, Compressors (Reciprocating & Twin Screw), DGs, Cooling
Tower, N2 Plant etc
> Hands of Experience in Fire Alarm Systems, BMS (Building Management
Systems & Battery Management Systems), LMS (Lighting Management
Systems).
> Operation and Maintenance of Sub-Station transformer VCB, ACB & L.T
switch gear units etc.,
> Designing & Sizing of equipments for New Set up.
> Handling Up to 650KVA UPS and its Battery Banks.
> Trouble Shooting with Existing Circuit Diagram in Triple extrusion CV
lines, Wire Drawing, Annealer and Process Oriented Associative
machines.
> Actively participate as an internal auditor in ISO9001 team and also
co-coordinator for ISO 14001 on behalf of HT Plant.
> Directing my team for the systematic procedure of troubleshooting,
problem solving & data collection for analysis.

Designing and Drafting of cables Sizing, Transformer sizing,
Generator sizing, batteries in UPS, load sharing etc.
