o Responsible for Learning & Development activities organized from t ime to t ime

by learning center for the development of employees.

o Coordinating for various t raining programs organized by Learning Center from

t ime to t ime.

o Responsible for the employee engagement activities, sending birthday mails to

employees, etc.

• Payroll & I ncentive Services

o Maintaining overall sales Executives Incentive inputs, providing the details of

new joiners salary to payroll department with their expenses incur red.

• Administration

o Handling admin service also like Stationary providing, labor related

issue, Uniform distribution.

• Employee Relation

o Maintaining relationship with employees to provide them better services

o Handling Grievance of the employees

• Time Keeping

o Getting knowledge regarding Time keeping system

o Regarding any query related Attendance, handling & solved it.

o Using Star time Attendance software for Time keeping.
