. Along with daily operations managed complete facility relocation

along with absorbing two other facilities work load an overall

. Using lean manufacturing processes and tools in manufacturing

and planning with our team was able to increase throughput by

million dollars.

. Implemented the use of Laser tracking measurement systems to the

machine build process. This technology improved alignment times

by 50%, resulting in a yearly labor savings of $126K and beating

ROI estimate by 2 years.

. Introduced magnetic lifting devices to production area cranes

reducing fatigue and injuries by 100%. This replaced manual

human intervention on awkward hard to handle product which was

causing many lost time injuries.

. Lead design teams in product improvement efforts to reduce

changeover time on our equipment. Original design was

cumbersome and took hours to adjust. Current state results

improved efforts by 80% and reduced the skill set required to

accomplish the task. This was big for repeat customers that

witnessed the new product enhancements.

. Worked with estimating department to streamline process to

achieve more accurate bids. This activity helped us improve
