. Implemented the use of Laser tracking measurement systems to the
machine build process. This technology improved alignment times
by 50%, resulting in a yearly labor savings of $126K and beating

. Introduced magnetic lifting devices to production area cranes
reducing fatigue and injuries by 100%. This replaced manual
human intervention on awkward hard to handle product which was
causing many lost time injuries.

changeover time on our equipment. Original design was
