Responsibilities included: the programming of 2, 3 and 4 axis aerospace

parts from customer supplied drawings; designing, programming and machining

fixtures for aerospace parts; designing and building program packages with

soft and hard formats. Designing, ordering, and stocking, of special form

cutters, as well as stock cutters. Manufacturing lead on "swing" and

"graveyard" shifts with supervision and mentoring responsibilities of 8 to

12 people and for first article inspection of parts. I used SmartCam

software for approximately 9 years, and Mastercam X2 for approx. 6 months.

Materials machined were 7075, 6061, 2024 aluminums, titanium, nylons,

delrin, phenolic and fiberglass.
