authority, established in 2008 to develop an integrated arts and cultural district with an

endowment fund of about US$3 billion to cover development costs.

bn equivalent) syndicated loan facility and extended the average maturity

profile of loans to 5 years. Managed HK$14bn (US$2 bn equivalent) loan

portfolio and US$1 bn liquid cash.

• Implemented US$1 bn FX Forwards to hedge FX risk, HK$7bn (US$900m

equivalent) and US$200m (other currencies) interest rate swaps to hedge

interest rate risk.

• Implemented the new Treasury system (Integra-T).
