Work Experience and Qualifications:
I am and have been for over 30 years a Facilities Building Maintenance Professional, with hand on
experience on maintenance management. My experience includes maintenance management in Health
Care setting, Hotels, Commercial properties and School systems, where the positions demanded
developing and implementing maintenance systems. From Fire Alarms systems, Suppression systems, PM
systems, keying systems and maintenance management systems along with Project Management/
Construction Management systems. In Project management I have retrofitted the existing building to add
two more floors and have taken an office building from design to completion. Energy Saving and energy
management is also one of my strong points and I have saved one facility $ 85,000 per year on electrical
power.
Employment History:
4/2012 to present, CBRE/Walgreens Building Engineer, to include all the maintenance of the assigned
Walgreens store in my area from Freezers, coolers, plumbing, lighting, electrical, Roof Top Units,flooring and exterior maintenance.
6/2009to 4/2012 The River Casino Engineer preformed required maintenance at the Casino on 3 Hot
Water Boilers, 4 Trane Chillers, and 32 Roof Top Units and maintained and controlled the locking and
keying system.
6/2006 to 6/2009 Building and Grounds Supervisor at Yough School District, Supervised and over seen 5
buildings for maintenance and cleaning. Also maintained the main Football Field, 3 Gyms and after hours
activities.
6/2006 to 6/2007 Construction Inspector, KLH Engineering, Inspected and maintained paper work on
newly installed sewage and water lines.
5/2005 to 6/2006 Four Points Sheraton Hotel, Chief Engineer, preformed all the building maintenance to
include an indoor pool along with a full kitchen, lounge and 146 rooms, 3 banquet rooms, workout room
and the outside areas.
7/1986 to 4/2005 Monongahela Valley Hospital, Director of Engineering and Maintenance maintaining 4
campus buildings two that were medical and one that was an office and a parking garage . Was also
responsible for the Fiscal budget, Capital budget and 29 FTE’s
