individual task, Training of tasks and actions using TRADOCs Automated Systems Approach to Training
(ASAT), or the Training and Doctrine Development Tool (TDDT). Use current TRADOC training
development tool (ASAT or TDDT) to manage/develop all Combined Arms Center (CAC) Proponent

Serves as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chief of the Field Artillery Proponents Office on all enlisted
personnel actions concerning all cannon and rocket/missile related Military Occupational Specialties
(MOS). Advise and assist in the implementation of personnel management policies and programs for
Field Artillery Soldiers worldwide. Prepare briefings and monitor status of ongoing Personnel initiatives
for the Commanding General and the Doctrine, Organization, Training and Leadership
development, Material, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) staff. Manage, develop, and document the
implementation of new Military Occupational Specialties, and Additional Skill Identifiers (ASI). Serve as
the principal focal point for MOS 13D (Field Artillery Tactical Data Specialist) and MOS 13P (Multiple
Launch Rocket Fire Direction Specialist). Ensure that personnel Policies are fully coordinated between
the Field Artillery School and Human Resources Command/G-1. Develop and maintain Standards of
Grade, and Average Grade Distribution Matrix. Develop and conduct briefings for the Field Artillery
Commandants Cadet Accessions Program at ROTC programs across the United States.
BN Fire Direction NCO, U.S. Army, Ft. Sill, OK October 2006 - February
2007
Lead, trained, managed, and counseled 25 personnel on all aspects of performance, ensuring
professional growth and development of leaders and supervisors. Trained assigned personnel on
techniques and procedures in the computation of firing data within a Multiple Launch Rocket System
(MLRS) Battalion Fire Direction Center. Developed and managed the Battalion Fire Direction
certification and training program for 3 subordinate organizations. Developed training schedules for
staff personnel and ensured employees had the resources needed to accomplish the mission. Oversaw
and evaluated all Fire Direction training conducted within the unit. Senior Enlisted Advisor to the
commander for all Fire Direction Operations.
Truckmaster, U.S. Army, Ft. Sill, OK and Iraq March 2005 - October
2006
Supervised and managed 60 line haul trucks and 50 gun trucks with personnel utilizing complex weapons
systems and maintained 100% mission readiness through out combat operations. Coordinated and
supervised installation of the Duke, and Mobile Tracking Systems. Utilized Warlock jamming system,
Mobile Tracking System and Boomerang systems during combat convoys. Coordinated and monitored
armor modifications for gun trucks that enhanced Soldier and equipment survivability on the battlefield.
Observer Controller/Trainer, U.S. Army, Ft. Riley, KS March 2001 - March
2005
Managed a 4 person team that researched and provided training resources, scheduled Annual Training for
five National Guard Battalions. Responsible for writing training evaluation reports and evaluating these
units on Multiple Launch Rocket System Fire Direction Operations. Controlled observer coverage
logistics with units and observers. Issued higher unit directives to the evaluated unit and received their
reports. Processed all administrative and evaluation reports. Successfully trained and deployed two units
enabling them to complete their combat mission in Iraq. Performed Unit Assistance operations too ensure
deploying units were fully manned, equipped and trained for combat operations.
Assistant BN Operations NCO, U.S. Army, Ft. Hood, TX September 1998 – March
2001
Assisted, trained, and supervised 20 employees responsible for the planning and execution of training for
350 personnel. Planned and executed the battalions training and operations. Coordinated resources and
facilities for all ceremonies, and training events. Ensured communications with higher headquarters
across all levels of the battalion. Directed maintenance of eight vehicles and associated communication,
fire control, networking, and computer equipment. Managed all battalion certification programs.
Supervised all activities that support the missions of four subordinate MLRS batteries.
