Duties included:

Conduct QA compliance reviews of medical records stored with our image

repository, offices and servers, by applying quality assurance criteria

Monitor and report unusual occurrences, document follow-up procedures

required and provide project status and/or completion summary

Expedite in-house processing {scan, separate, repair, (re)name and load} of

medical record information retrieved (via MRT, secure data transfer, Client

Provided, Remote Retrieval, Fax, Mail, etc) into the corporate office
