As a supplier to a Billion dollar industry our customer base chose us as the number one supplier and also received
production cost saving through the development of new inventory option which was created to enable our customer to
decrease their internal BOM’s. These efforts resulted in the success of customers aiding in their growth.
Developing state of the art machinery allowing profits to increase, and labor to decrease resulting in higher bottom line
results. This was a valued added machine design that eliminated the high cost of punching and Die expense.

* Created this Distribution business from a start up and supply the OEM manufactures, Furniture Markets, Recreational
Vehicle, Limousine, and Custom Classic automobiles.
* Developed supplier relationships worldwide, China, India, Taiwan, Germany, Italy, and Uruguay.
* Recently retained the largest producer of Limousines in the United Stated producing 2,000 units per year.
Coast To Coast Distribution, Elkhart Indiana
2007-2010
• General Manager took over operation in 2008. Business was in decline and lost over $200 K in 2007. In 9
months business was turning a profit and ended with a Pre-Tax Profit of $112,000 in 8 months.
• 2009 Expanded the Market share and Customer base to 38 States increasing sales to over $2,300,000 with a Pre-
Tax Profit of $667,000 to end 2009.
• 2010 continued growth and added Aircraft Upholstery increasing our sales $450,000 in this Market. At the end of
2010 my contract was up and an agreement was unable to be reached.
Forest River, Elkhart Indiana
2002-2006
General Manager
• Developed an internal Aluminum Distribution business that would supply all aluminum requirements corporate
wide.
• Created a startup business in May of 2002. By the end of 2002 generated sales of $4,000,000 with a Pre-Tax
Profit of 18.7%.
• 2003 Engineered and designed machinery fabrication using one die fabricating 100 shapes allowing production to
change aluminum shapes in minutes which eliminated set up time. Profits increased as this automated process
increased production time over 35%.
• 2004 Added baggage door production and produced 5,000 doors per week. Supplying internal business of all
Forest Rivers Divisions Nation Wide. Engineered sizes which eliminated 85 current sizes and improved delivery
as well as customer satisfaction.
• 2005 increased sales to $36,000,000 retaining a Pre-Tax Profit of over $6,000,000 and ended the year with 16.7%
Pre-Tax percentage.
• Expanded sales in various industries, Truck Caps, Ambulances, Fabrication, Marine, OEM’s, and Windows &
Doors.
• Provided materials in 14 States launching a delivery program efficient and cost effective.
• 2006 sales increased to $900,000 per week and we were on forecast to increase sales to a year end to over
$40,000,000.
• Creating Aluminum distribution & Baggage door manufacturing and blending the two to offer painted extrusions
as trims along with same color demographics to match exterior door frames increased Dealer satisfaction.
• August 31st 2005 Warren Buffett (Berkshire Hathaway) purchased the entire Forest River business.
20th Century
2000-2002
• Sales Manager, Elkhart Indiana
• Created a Sales team to a successful profit margin, managing inside and outside sales teams.
• Successfully targeted large accounts with a strategic plan landing new customers in a planned delivery radius
keeping freight cost to a minimum.
• Added the largest Michigan account the first 4 months at Century. Customer was Mid West Truck. They have 3
locations; Century landed this customer and supplied 100% of their products
• Increased sales 2.6 million adding to 2002 year end of 31,000,000 in gross sales.
Creation Windows Inc., Elkhart Indiana
1981-2000
• 1981 Inside sales. Handled all incoming orders and developed solid customer relationships.
• 1984 Inside sales and Office manager responsible over production scheduling and all sales orders.
• 1986 Outside sales covering 8 States and all of Elkhart County.
• 1987 Outside Sales Manager. Developed sales Nation Wide in the Truck Cap and Horse Trailer Industries.
• 1991 Division Manager. Increased bottom line by 2.4% in the first full year. Primary focus was in the Truck &
Horse Trailer Markets.
• 1992 Promoted to Business Unit Manager with responsibilities of Engineering, Production, Sales, and
Accounting. Led all divisions in profits and sales corporate wide.
• 1995 was named as Corporate Board member.
• 1997 Involved in creating a new division supplying RV windows to the Recreational Vehicle markets. Gained
15% of local Market share in this industry our first 18 months.
• Increased sales each year ending in 2000 with $29,000,000 in sales with a Pre-Tax Profit of 9.7%
