. Oversee the construction of a $262 million Program of 10 major projects
including: 213,000 s.f. 190 bed Hospital/Nursing Tower with three C-
Section OR's, 14 L&D rooms, NICU, ICU, Progressive Care Unit, Mental
health; a 157,000 s.f. MOB with eight out patient OR's, 40 station PACU
and 69 provider offices; 27,000 s.f. expansion of ED adding 21 treatment
bays; [3] 1,500 kVA emergency generating plant; new Med Gas tank farm;
1,500 ton addition to cooling plant., internalizing a new CVOR unit with
3 CVOR's and 3 Cath Labs. All projects were completed under budget and
