Responsible for all HR functions in regard to employee selection/recommendation, project review and
recommendation in regard to human capital. Ongoing management of workforce through ACRO
encompassing on-boarding, problem resolution, training, termination, payroll, policies, invoicing and
salary/wage recommendations.
Currently I am considered a business partner by the various managers with the client as well as the
staffing vendors contracted for this account. This account encompasses all of Kellogg Company locations
