Responsibilities

Opening and closing the store. Greeting customers and informing customers on all promotons going on

throughout the day. Ringing customers out at the register while applying add ons. Meeting the daily sales goal.

Opening Macy's credits. Merchandising the store. Processing damages and go backs. Recovering the store

throughout the day and motivating others to do the same.

Accomplishments

We currently have a compitition going on called "Be the magic" & this compitition is basically inregards to which

sales associate can earn the most Macys pins to wear on their shirts ; & you earn these pins by going above and

beyond with customer service skills, meeting your daily sales goals and opening credits and so far I have 5 . :)

Skills Used

Computer literate. Up to date with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Power Point etc. Took a web design and multimedia

class in high school. Graduated from Mount Notre Dame High School with a 3.4 GPA. Can type up to 45 WPM.

Knows some spanish.
