Description It is a online shopping portal. In this project contains two major modules like admin
and user. Admin can have all rights such as create products, categories, offer products
and offer categories. And this module had full functionality rights given to the admin. In
User Module user can view different items. Before he is going to buy a product he must
login, if the user is new then he can login after successful completion of his registration.
We have given user to select products and view product details in cart at the end we
navigate user details to payment gateway.
Project Experience Analyze the Customer’s queries and to develop the business solution to reduce the cost
and time to improve the quality of the process.
Roles I am part of a Development team responsible for developing tools and solutions using
ASP.Net technology with C#.

Project Customer Tracking System
Description CTS is developed for the Customer to communicate with the Customer Care Service
through the internet. In this system there are four modules, they are Admin module,
Operator module, Department module and Customer module. In Admin module the
admin creates and maintains the Customer, Operator and Department details, and also
monitoring the performance of the Operators. Customer and Operator can access the
Customer Tracking System using their unique login in their system. The Customer sends
their queries to the Operator through the system. The queries are track through ticket Id.
The Customer can register and post their queries and get the feedback. The Operator
then analyses the query and transfer to the appropriate department. The employee in the
department then analyzes the query and gives the proper solution to the Customer.
