INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE:

INTAS Biopharmaceutical Ltd India, Since, July 2011 as Tr. Executive in Quality Control Department.

Currently working on various bacterial, mammalian and PEGylated product such as rHu-GCSF, PEG

rHu-GCSF, rHu-IFN-alpha, rHu-EPO, rHu-PTH, rHu-FSH, Rituximab and PEG rHu-IFN-alpha protein

molecules. Also working for rHu-GCSF, Peg rHu-GCSF, rHu FSH for regulated markets (EU), (US)

project.

Key Responsibilities at present Job:

Analysis of In-process samples, Drug substance (DS), Drug Product (DP), Batch Release DS and

DP and Stability Sample of DS and DP.

Daily Calibration, Quarterly Calibration, Yearly Calibration and Performance Verification of

Instruments like pH meter, Osmometer, Conductivity meter, UV-Spectrophotometer, Weighing

Balance, Stability Chambers. Also, Installation of new instruments with GMP requirements.

Participating in various analytical method Development and Validation activity for regulate and

Domestic market.

Preparation of GMP documents like Standard Test Procedure (STP), Standard Operation

Procedure (SOP), Performance verification (PV) protocol, Calibration SOP, Method Validation

report (MVR), Data Recording Sheet (DRS), Design Qualification (DQ), Installation

Qualification and Operational Qualification, Stability Study protocol and Stability Study report

etc.

Stability sample management as per ICH guide line.

Reserved or Control sample management in GMP area.

Hands on Techniques:

Electrophoresis techniques like Capillary Zone Electrophoresis (CZE), SDS-PAGE,

Isoelectricfocusing, Western blotting, Slot Blot and Dot Blot techniques.

Protein estimation- Lowery and Bradford method and by UV- spectrophotometer with OD at 280

and Scanning method.

ELISA techniques for residual DNA and Host Cell Protein detection in sample.

HPAEC-PAD- High pH anion exchange chromatography with pulsed amperometric

detection

Ion Exchange chromatography, RP-HPLC.

Basic microbial and molecular biology techniques, FACS, Real Time-PCR, Polysorbate-80

estimation.

Knowledge of:

Stability samples, reserved samples and Reference Standard management.

Change Control, Out of Specification (OOS) and Deviation investigation.

Method validation as per ICH.

Basic knowledge of computer.
