As managing member of BWSG I provide engineering solutions to our clients.
I concentrate in civil, structural applications and solutions based on
current codes and safety requirements. I perform analysis and design,
evaluation and investigation, peer review, value engineering and project
management for customers. I have provided economical engineering solutions
for conventional, modular and hybrid design and construction of projects.
They include low income housing, specialty event structures, Medical office
buildings, prefabricated metal buildings, commercial, and low-rise

As Southeast Sales I create and maintain lasting and profitable
relationships with GC's, engineers, architects, owners and developers.
Assist the team in all business, sales and engineering aspects of the
group. Lead in developing new markets, sales and advertising to help
maintain an average of $90m in annual sales. I maintain communication
between our Fabricated Products Divisions, Buildings groups and engineers
with owners, GC's, architects and engineers to coordinate engineering,
fabrication and delivery of products. I work with our internal production
facilities to improve efficiency in fabrication of our products, customer
service initiatives, and manage field issues within my territory.
Vulcraft Sales Corporation
District Manager/Project Manager: March 2006 to April 2012
As District Manager I had multiple responsibilities. I managed and mentored
the office personnel to estimate, value engineer and sell Vulcraft products
in a profitable and safe manner. I was constantly interfacing and
communicating with our team and all levels of management in the design,
planning and construction activities of our projects. I developed sales
strategies, long and short term, for my territory to maintain and average
of $18.5 Million in sales per year. I worked closely with the engineering
community to promote and educate them on our products. Once a job was sold
I worked with the customer and plant personnel to maintain scheduling
information and RFI requests to make sure critical components were
detailed, shop ordered, fabricated and shipped on time. I handled all field
issues in my territory and acted as mediator between plant personnel and
the customer to resolve conflicts and issue/negotiate change orders sent
out and received.
NUCOR / Vulcraft-Florence
Sales Engineer: June 2001 to March 2006
As Sales Engineer I created preliminary structural designs for steel joists
and girders, assisted customers, district offices and inside sales with
technical data and design questions. I created complex structural designs
and performed value engineering for projects. I managed an inside sales
accounts where I created a seamless line of communication between our
Buildings group and Vulcraft. Along with my everyday duties I was able to
work as an ISO 14001:1996 Lead Auditor and EMS team member to implement and
maintain an ISO 14001:1996 Environmental Management System at our plant.
