Job Responsibilty:

Reconciliation of Stock on daily basis with SAP generated cycle count

Preparation of Invoices.

Supervision on the housekeeping of material in warehouse with proper labeling and location.

Inventory Management includes storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.

Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse operations.

On daily basis, Daily Activity Report present to Regional Sales Manager.

Follow up SAP program against with actual activities & Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.

Maintain all records related to manpower and inventory.

Manpower planning as per the requirement.

All Account analysis than prepare report.

Solve problems related to housekeeping, manpower and arrange all necessity for smooth operation of business.

Motivate employees to work efficiently and effectively, if necessary provide training to improve their skills which will help them in getting high output for the organization.

Ensuring on time delivery to Party & Handling the complaints of the customers.

Arranging Transportation and indent the vehicle to him in time

Ensure timely reporting/information to authorized person from principal company.
