Assisted in establishing a test lab for Mobile Display products "Mirasol" and next generation
Color Display Modules. Assisted in installed new equipment such as optical testers and
environmental chambers.
Assisted in establishing Environmental Test room for quality testing and qualification. Utilized
in house testers for electrical testing and optical measurement. Processed SEM requests for
Fabrication engineering and R&D groups as needed, prepared samples for SEM and Optical
analysis as required.
Operated Scanning Electron Microscope JEOL7400, EDAX element analysis reports, WYKO,
AFM, FTIR, Denton Sputter, Wafer Cleave/sample preparation.
Inspected samples using Optical microscope for defects (stuck pixels, lineouts, short or open)
and further analysis for SEM target locations. Inspected samples after drop test and took SEM
