missiles for LTV (Land Tactical Support Vehicles Units) for the Desert
Storm/Shield project. My role was as expeditor and liaison between OSHA,
engineers and upper management. At the completion of this contract, Belcan
hired me full time as an MIS and Engineering recruiter. As a recruiter, I
averaged 15 placements per month. Responsibilities included contacting
potential candidates for Engineering and MIS positions, matched candidates

interviews with clients, set start dates for closed candidates, provided
candidate and client follow up, processed new hire paperwork, followed
