Following redundancy from TRW, I accepted the role as Production Line
Manager within the Food Production Sector.
I am responsible for the production, quality and planning of the Business
Unit 3 Erca that produces chilled dairy products for Cadbury. My main
responsibilities include:
. The Set up, design and commissioning of a brand new Business Unit and
Erca machine (completed Sept 2009- efficiency target 70% actual continual
achievement >85%).
. Manage and distribute workload amongst my team
. Continuous Improvements using techniques such as 5 Why, 5 Step and 100yr
fix
. Responsible for ensuring production targets, costs and quality are
achieved
. Attend daily stand up meetings to identify and pro-actively resolve
machine issues
