1. Preparation of contigs from whole genome sequencing ( by Next generation

sequencing – Roche 454) of A. musiformis.

2. Identification of a potential gene sequence involved in nematophagous activity by

annotation.

3. Validation of gene sequence by isolation & sequencing.
