Technician at Animal Disease Investigation Laboratory for the project

of Mycobacterium tuberculosis as a part of dissertation work for M.Sc.

. I had an experience of culture test, Single Intradermal tuberculin skin

test, ELISA, Immunochromatography and Nested PCR for the detection of

Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex from clinical sample.
