Prioritize severity of helpdesk calls and remote support; minimize user downtime; and deliver projects on time. Provide
first and second level technical support to clients for both desktop application and hardware. Responsible for the design,
implementation, management, and maintenance of all desktop systems in a network environment with diverse PC
technology. I act as an internal consultant, guiding and/or assisting others across departments in the field of data network
communications as business computer systems; including consulting users to determinate hardware, software, or
functional specifications. Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies. Process Sales Order
from SPS Commerce (EDI System) to Mas90/200 through Merchant Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery
