CARRER OBJECTIVE :-
To work with dedication and full ability for any organization I am involve
with, which will in turn enhance my skills and abilities and also add to

WORK EXPERIENCE: FOURTEEN YEARS AND SIX MONTHS
1. Currently working as DEPUTY MANAGER - Projects & Customer Support
with Total Presentation devices ltd, Delhi from Feb2007 till to date.
Job profile:
(A) : Projects : Taking care of complete integration of Audio video
equipments as projectors on ceiling mounts, Video conferencing system,audio conference systems,Screens, Mixers Amplifiers .Vortex, Nexia,
Creston touch panel Switchers ie Integration of all high end electronics
systems used in board rooms, training rooms,conference halls, meeting
rooms, auditoriums etc in all big Mncs .High end programming of AV
equipments as soundstructure,crestron,Vortex,Nexia etc.
(B) Customer Technical Support: After sales support - for warranty/amc
customer providing Maintenance support to Warranty /AMC customers for the
installed AV solutions, video conference and AV systems by quarterly
visiting for preventive maintenance and attending complaint calls made by
customers .This maintenance work is done through a team of
technicians/installers/electricians under my supervision. I have a team of
3 Engineers and 8 technicians under me. Also providing Inhouse support
for Audio video Town halls and rentals.
(C) Customer handling and AMC targets achievements: Meetings with high
end profile persons after expire of Warranty /AMC and collecting customer
feedback and making improvement in services as per customer
requirement.Guiding customer about products handing and online helping them
to resolve in emergencies .Providing support 24 x 7 online and believes in
making Satisfaction and smiled on customer face.. Bringing AMC and
achieving service targets after meeting with Manager/MD Level customers.
.The incentives are always allowed extra for target achievements. At
present undergoing and achieving targets in crores.
(D). Reports/ Chain management system : Proper forcast for Devices required
for after sales support and amcs .Proper reporting to management and taking
proper reports from team members through coordination system .A
coordinator is assigned working under me for proper coordination.
2. Kores India ltd. C.P. as a Sr. Service Engineer from May2005
To Feb 2007.
Job profile: Servicing and repairing of Plasmas /LCD / TFT monitors and
have detailed knowledge of the products upto component level. Also dealt
with servicing maintenance & demonstration of currency counting and cheque
encoding machines and achievements of AMC targets.
3. Samsung India Electronics Ltd., Nehru Place, as a Service
Engineer of Hi-end products (Plasma /LCD/Projection TV) from
2002 to 2005.
Job profile : a) Servicing Testing& Repairing of Plasmas, LCD,
DLP, Projection TVs, Home-theater systems, DVD players and
camcorders/cameras and their demonstration.
4. Jolly Enterprises, Kalkaji as a Service Engineer from 1999 to
2002.
Job Profile : Installation and maintenance of plasmas and LCD Televisions
at various location in North India and executed them successfully.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION
1. Diploma in Electronics Engg. With specialization in Digital
Electronics and Microprocessor System Design from Ambedkar
Polytechnic, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092 completed in June 2000 with 61%
marks.
2. B.E. In ELECTRONICS & TELECOMMUNICAION ENGINEERING (AMIETE COURSE)
from the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers,
