Compensation & Benefits

. Annually lead the Global Compensation Planning by interacting with

regional teams (Annual and Mid Year appraisals)

. Properly conducted trainings for people Manager for GCP & GPM systems.

. Manage all activities related to participating in compensation and

benefits surveys every year.

. Assess survey output, market trends and competitive pay positions to

ensure Pfizer's salary & benefits plans meet overall company goals and

objectives.

. Verify and update timely HR policies as per market prevalence. Ensure

that HR practice is consistent across the company.

. Accountable for maintaining the HR Budget (Both HC & Non-HC),

validate the expense report from finance every month and support for

preparations of Payroll Budget.

. Preparation of Manning the approved headcounts of the company

nationwide.

. Negotiating each year and finalizing the Group Life Insurance rate for

Pfizer Pakistan.
