MANAGEMENT/MANUFACTURING OPERATION/AUTOMATION/LOGISTICS
SUMMARY
With an accomplishment of over 10 years of successful managerial and leadership experiences
holding up a reputation for meeting challenging organizational goals and objectives; a pragmatic
goal oriented individual that has triumphed over many adversities and challenges during the
courses of my career life as a whole with proven records are as follow:
Developed while implementing highly successful plans for both short and long term goals in establishing inventory
purchasing control system for better accountability and
accuracy at Tandy Corporation thus reducing over purchasing and inventory overflow
resulting in a savings of over million dollars yearly for Tandy Corporation, a major
retail electronics product distributor nationwide.
Utilized automation and computer power in conjunction with SPC (Statistical Process
control) for maintaining process tolerances and quality while reducing the manufacturing
cycle time for two major semiconductor fabrication companies, DuPont Photo mask Inc.
and Motorola Inc. at Round Rock and Austin, with savings in total of $4.5 million yearly
for DuPont Photo mask Inc., and $1.5 million yearly for Motorola Inc.
Enhanced quality while achieving process optimization with robust manufacturability
and mass production from R&D into a final product for the semiconductor industry at
Intel Corporation. Established SPC (Statistical Process Control) for a new line of
microchip products, I worked along a team of technology transfer managers, engineers
and technicians while as the technical lesion between manufacturing and R&D insuring
implementation of proper methodology, developing specification manuals for the new
product while ramping into full production meeting the target date six month earlier with
savings of approximately of million dollars.
Conducting logistics coordination as a self-employed contractor for a line of heavy
machinery to be transported from a point of manufacturing assembly line in Mexico to
various International Truck dealerships across the continental United States and Canada.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
Logistic Coordinator, Davies’ Transportation Broker Firm 2008 - 2013
CONTRACTOR - Self-employed logistic coordinator brokering transportation and movement
included dispatching, subcontracting, scheduling as well as insuring safety for on time delivery of
heavy machinery from the manufacturing point in Mexico to the United States as well as into and
across North American Continent and into Canada for various International Truck dealerships
Manufacturing Engineering Technician, Intel Corporation, 2000-2008
Engineering Technician in a team of managers, engineers, and technicians responsible for
acquiring necessary knowledge to transfer a new design of microchip from R&D fabrication
facility in Portland, Oregon to a production facility in Hudson, Massachusetts with ramping to full
production within 6 month from zero to five thousand wafers per day; performed as an
intermediary between production and R&D facility to ensure proper transfer of technology while
establishing metric, specification manuals and SPC (Statistical Process control) for mass production
of a new product.
Technical Sales Manager, Tandy Corporation 1997-2000
Managed and maintained large inventory of electronics products mainly computers & peripherals,
CPUs, monitors of various kinds, printers, copiers, fax machines as well as other electronics
components; negotiated final sales price as well as arranging logistics and transportation to the
customers in a timely manner from coast to coast. Created and organized a seamless inventory
control with timely transportation for receiving and delivery preventing delays and bringing in a
savings of close to million yearly.

Engineering Device Technician: Motorola Inc. 1989-1997
Enhanced processes for a number of prototype device vehicles for submicron technologies, such as
micron, 0.19 micron, providing feedback and support as the liaison between a group of 12
engineers and technician at the APRDL (Advance Product Research & Development) fabrication
facility at Motorola Inc. in Austin, Texas; as well as participated in various cross functional teams
such as Device Failure analysis using chemical de-processing methods along with SEM analysis
verifying and locating the failed components. As a member of PPS (Participative Problem Solving)
TEAM addressing, formulating and providing solution to various Designs, Process, and finally
manufacturing issue down the line, while eliminating redundancies throughout the process
operation from conception to production thus reducing production cycle time with the cost savings
of over 1 Million dollars yearly.
Engineering Data Technician, DuPont Photo Mask Inc. 1987-1989
Managed the data side of the photo mask manufacturing operation converting raw camas design
data into Fortran and C++ programing format enabling an e-beam system (MEBES) to generate a
Photo Mask to be used in photolithography for semiconductor industry at DuPont facility in Round
Rock, Texas; utilizing various software capabilities for data compaction minimizing redundancy of
system tasks, reducing job creation from 5 to 2 hours in duration per job thus, improving system
efficiency by 40% which translates into $4.5 Million yearly in savings.
