Director Army National Guard (DARNG) and the Adjutant Generals' (TAG)
staffs the necessary tools to effectively manage and support the Army
National Guard (ARNG) Personnel Strength Management Systems and Full Time
Support Resourcing Programs. Prepared and conduct ARNG strength and
personnel analysis and reports to the DARNG, TAGs, Congress, Secretary of
Defense, and Department of the Army. Analyze personnel metrics, such as
long term loss rates, accessions and mobilization readiness through an
effects based approach to trend analysis.
. As the Director's Personnel Readiness Overview (DPRO) approving
authority; approved over 18,789 users for DPRO and over 721 users for
Entity Toolset by ensuring validity of user's permission request and
report sequence codes.
. Personally adjudicated over 889 Army National Guard Retro Stop Loss
Claims, conducted Quality Assurance duties by overseeing 16,068
Retroactive Stop Loss Claims consisting of over 57.2 million dollars; and

Teams' Standard Operating Procedures that resulted in processing daily

12/08 to 06/10: Platoon Leader/Company Executive Officer: Reorganized as
a Force Protection Platoon with the responsibility of providing base
security for the 10th Sustainment Brigade in Camp Taji, Iraq. Directly
responsible for the tactical employment, synchronization, combat readiness,
accountability, training, welfare, safety, and discipline of 29 soldiers in
the Platoon and approximately one million dollars' worth of organizational
platoon equipment. The platoon Executes Force Protection at two Entry
Control Points, a vehicle/personnel search area, and 12 towers to prevent
anti-collation forces from penetrating the camp through high-speed avenues
of approach.
. During Operation Iraqi Freedom, assumed the force protection mission and
redevelopment of the Standard Operating Procedures for the entry control
points and the newly implemented Search Lanes.
. Efficiently integrated 30 private security guards and 15 collation forces
into an effective force that has searched over 4,000 convoys, 3,300
individual vehicles, and over 6,000 personnel at the search lane area
ensuring no contraband or illegal materials enters camp.
. Excelled at accurate and timely reporting by developing over 40 story
boards of incidents that occurred on shift at the Entry Control Points
and Force Protection modifications and trained other platoons to apply
these techniques.
. Assumed duties as the Company Executive Officer resulting in a direct and
positive impact on force protection for the 12,000 soldiers from three
brigades and 6,000 contractors that reside on Camp Taji, Iraq.
11/05 to 11/08: Brigade Support Battalion Platoon Leader: Responsible for
maintaining the Platoon as a cohesive, combat ready force with special
emphasis on combat training modernization and Army Warrior Tasks; material
readiness and combat preparedness. Responsible for maintaining a high level
of discipline, morale and welfare for the troops and ensures the welfare of
their families through a proactive and viable family support group.
Responsible for 34 Soldiers and provide leadership and guidance to Soldiers
and key leaders during training and mission.
. Prepared, develop, and executed convoy operations for the company during
pre-deployment training; supervised and refined the platoons Standard
Operating Procedures, tactics and techniques.
. Single handedly wrote the Composite Risk Assessment for the entire
company resulting in no major injuries during training and mission
execution.
. Trained 34 soldiers during pre-mobilization that lead to being hand
selected to validate the Convoy Situational Training Exercise (STX) lanes
for all of the Convoy Security Companies in the 56th Infantry Brigade
Combat Team.
. Instrumental in training 76 soldiers in crew serve weapons training for
the MK19 grenade launcher; all teams received first time "GO".
05/02 to 10/05: Distribution/Equipment Records Sergeant: Responsible for
receipt, storage, segregation, care, preservation, inspection, issue, and
packaging of Class I, III packaged IV, VII, and IX material. Must be able
to make adjustments to orders and supervises the operation of forklifts;
trains and motivates subordinates. Performs duties shown at preceding level
of skill and provides technical guidance to lower graded personnel. Ensures
that inventories and location surveys are performed in accordance with
established procedures. Instructs warehouse personnel in loading,
unloading, segregation, pelletizing, and selection of stock and storage
